Chemical Testing
Test water chemicals of pool or spa, and balancing chemicals. Water balance is the measure of the relative degree of saturation of dissolved solids, particularly calcium carbonate, at a given temperature, in pool and spa water. Water balance is the measure of Ph, Water Temperature, Calcium Hardness, and Alkalinity in the water. Dissolved solids enter the pool from three main sources: source water, treatment chemicals, and bathers.

Contamination from bathers takes the forms of perspiration, urine, body oils, cosmetic products, and other waste. Though each of these increases the water's total dissolved solids, this increase affects the water's quality more than its chemical balance. Dissolved minerals in the source of water and dissolved salts from water treatment chemicals more directly affect water balance. To maintain "balanced water" which is neither corrosive (acidic) nor scale-forming (basic), and to ensure that sanitizing chemicals work properly, a properly balanced water provides a more enjoyable swimming experience for the pool/spa user.

Pump, Motor & Filter Repair
Repair any breakages in the water circulation system and repairs on pumps or motors in pools and spas. Diagnostics to detect and repair leaks, clogs or restrictions on water flow. Upgrades on pump and motor speeds for quieter more energy efficient models. Installations and repairs of mechanical equipment and/or components designed to ensure even distribution of heat, chemicals and filtration of water throughout a pool. Includes filters, heaters, pumps, chlorinators, piping, inlets, drains, skimmers and other devices.

Acid Washing
Stain and algae removal and cleansing. Acid washing is a procedure using an acid solution to clean an interior surface of a pool with subsequent neutralization of the acid.

Salt Chlorinators
Devices that convert dissolved chloride salt into chlorine and its reaction products require maintenance and checks to maximize the life of their salt chlorinators otherwise known as electrolytic chorinators.

Safety Alert Systems
Swimming pool alert systems detect water movement to protect family members and pets from falling into the swimming pool saving lives..

Drain & Clean Pool
Extended damage requires pool draining and cleaning. If your pool has significant algae buildup or your water has turned green, you may need to drain and clean your pool. Extensive damage may require resurfacing, which requires technical expertise. We provide complete resurfacing as well as draining and refilling and re-balancing chemicals.

Controls/Timers
Configuration, installation and repair of timers and controls for your pool or spas pumps and filtration. Adjustments for seasons or swimming pool use.

Safety Equipment
Signage and vacuum limiting systems like (Vac Alert Systems) to keep your family and community safe as well as gates, baby fences and pool covers.

Gas Pool Heaters & Heat Pumps
Install, repair or upgrade pool and spa heaters and pumps. If your heater is noisy or not coming up to temperature, there may be a problem with your heater or pump. We can troubleshoot and fix problems restoring the comfort and efficiency of your pool or spa heating systems.

Heater - A device used to heat pool or spa water. Rather than containing a reservoir of pre-heated water, pool heaters conduct heat into a stream of water that flows through them. By adjusting the intensity of the heat and the rate of flow, the pool's temperature can be precisely controlled.

Types of Heaters

Gas-fueled heaters are those that use natural or propane gas for fuel. A pilot burner is periodically activated by an automatic circuit, based on manual settings, to keep the gas burner tray hot; the tray's heat is conducted up to the tubes through which the water flows. The water enters through a front water header, then passes through nine copper heat exchanger tubes. Water returns to the system's plumbing through the rear header.

Millivolt or "standing pilot" heaters are distinguished from ordinary gas-fueled heaters by the fact that their pilot light always remains burning. The pilot's heat us converted into a small amount of electricity by the thermocouple, which powers the entire control circuit.
This circuit is controlled by automatic safety switches, which break the circuit when they detect a dangerous condition, such as a piece of debris in the circuit. These heaters are topped by a grate and a filter, which help dissipate the constant heat they generate.

Electric heaters such as heat pumps are used on pools & spas. They are a little slower at heating your pool or spa. These heaters are different than gas heaters, though their construction is essentially similar. The main difference is that the heat is conducted directly into the water via an electric coil, which is immersed at all times.

Solar panels are installed on the roof that is hooked up to you pool system to heat your pool using the sun to heat the pool.
